Not satisfied with your purchase?
Kindly refer to the steps below to facilitate the return process:
1. Please send us an email request at email@example.com within one week of receiving the item(s).
2. We accept returns for items in their original condition: tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, within 10 working days of receiving your order.
3. All items will be inspected on return.
4. The returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
5. Use a delivery option that allows tracking when you mail it back to us. SOIGNÉ is not liable for lost mails and returns are not valid if the items do not reach us.
6. We will do a store credit arrangement upon receipt of the return item(s). Kindly note that store credits are valid for 3 months upon date of issue, and is strictly non-refundable, or extensible.
7. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. No store credits will be issued.
8. All shipping fees are to be borne by customers.
9. Each order is only valid for one-time exchange. Returns/Exchanges are not valid for sales items and orders using promotional codes.
DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
We apologise for sending you a defective/incorrect item!
As every item is manufactured by hand, kindly note that a difference of up to 0.8 inches in measurements is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to differing monitor settings, or studio lighting conditions.

Kindly provide us with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photographs of the defect
2. The product name, size and colour of the incorrect item received
For defective/incorrect item, postage will be reimbursed. The item should be in its original condition; tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
